First home remade working unit :)

I remade the description and animation script of the ARM commander.

Our free data set can now be used ALONE (well, you'll need a map ...) to start a game ! You get a working commander ... wait a walking almost all black (too much free textures are lacking for 3DO models) commander which can't build anything (there is no other type of unit yet...) and can't attack because all of its weapons descriptions are lacking but at least it's walking :).

NB: commander is black because this is an Evolva model in 3DO format but without textures (only single color textures are not black here because they are auto generated for untextured polygons)...

And we know have a couple of working HD Core models (cf http://trac.ta3d.org/timeline) even though some description files are lacking ...
