It's there !! Here is the announce I posted on the front page:
Merry Christmas !! The TA3D team is proud to announce the release of TA3D 0.5.0 !
This release brings a huge amount of new features ! We've been working on several critical features for months, main ones being:
_complete support of multiplayer
_support of saved games
_lots of code rewrite (in order to improve stability)
_OS integration
_greatly reduced loading times
This is far from being exhaustive so I let you discover all the new features of this release. This release is much more stable than previous ones and should run on more hardware components. For installation I see your OS download page.
Enjoy !
So now it's time to update your copy of TA3D
and start playing online
NB: RC releases are detected as incompatibles with final 0.5.0 because of version tag being different, so you have to use a 0.5.0 final copy to play with other 0.5.0 players, even if 0.5.0 final is RC4 with updated documentation.

Finally got some time to test the official 0.5.0 release; excellent job. "Ultimate" animates better than RC 4 with about the same FPS hit.
Right click interface works perfectly.

New water shaders work perfectly! With ultimate water quality "waves" should be disabled
Very cool, Zuzuf
My congratulations!
