I had a bus error that I can not reproduce :

looks like a FMOD crash, this is probably random. Which version of FMOD do you use ?

Hum I have just got another one, exactly the same. I use the fmod provided by TA3D.

TA3D ships FMODex 4.14.x for OS X, I think. Update it and try again (FMODex is now available in version 4.18.04)
