Trac Upgrade

The trac has been upgraded to the 0.11

It may remain some instability tonight so it would be better (for you in order to not lose what you were typing) to only use the trac in read-only

sorry, I didn't have time to do it. I am still building some dependency packages for Mandriva 2008.1 and there is a bug I want to fix before releasing a test build (it would be useless if there units don't attack what you expect ...)
